CHRISTIAN WEDDINGS
Pastor John performs Christian weddings as an outreach to our community and it's visitors. Church membership is not required, only a desire to have God in your marriage. Our wedding ceremonies include the traditional vows, scriptures, and prayers. A Nevada wedding license must be obtained from the Washoe County Courthouse prior to the ceremony.
SETTING
Sonrise Church is located in beautiful New Northwest Reno just minutes from downtown. Our white chapel with earth tone trim sits in front of the awesome backdrop of the Sierra Mountains. Our majestic cross and steeple can be seen from all around.
MEMORABLE
Ceremonies include the isle process with music, the exchange of the rings with vows, unity candles with scriptures, the I Dos, and the Lord's Prayer. Add your own personal promises, poems, songs, and scriptures to be performed by your own wedding party.
COMPLETE WEDDING
We offer a complete wedding from our licensed and ordained pastor, to the chapel, foyer, changing and waiting rooms. Our music, flowers, and wedding props can be borrowed or you can bring your own. We can provide two wedding photographs and a witness upon request.
COST
Your cost will be determined by the size of your wedding party. Payment must be made by cash prior to the ceremony. Sorry no personal checks unless paid in full one month ahead.
Small Wedding 2 to 10 $100
Medium Wedding 11 to 40 $200
Average Wedding 41 to 100 $300
Large Wedding 101 to 200 $500
Extra Large 201 to 300 $700
RECEPTION
We offer a compete reception hall with seating for 100 guests with a full kitchen for addition cost. Sorry no alcohol allowed.
APPOINTMENTS
Schedule your ceremony now to reserve your wedding date and time. A nonrefundable deposit of half your payment must be paid in advance to hold your spot. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Call Pastor John direct to book your wedding at (775) 746-4567.
