ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS, AL-ANON, & AL-ATEEN are outreaches to those affected by addicted family and friends.  This support group gives help, comfort, and communication to those dealing with addicts.

BUS MINISTRY offers local residents rides to church on Sundays and Wednesdays within the Northwest Reno area.  Call Bus Drivers Jeff 354-3781 or Richard 846-6020.

CHRISTIAN SATELLITE NETWORK is supported by Sonrise Church to share Jesus, Scripture, and worship over the radio waves of Washoe county and across the country.  Tune in to C.S.N. at 106.1 F.M.    

CASSETTE MINISTRY provides various preachers, teachers, and testimonies from well known speakers.  Two tapes can be borrowed at a time.

DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRY mentors new Christians weekly on a one on one basis in order to grow deeper in their new found faith.  This experience builds strong followers of Christ.

FOOD CLOSET provides emergency food to anyone in need.  Members are encouraged to distribute food to the hungry.  Donations of nonperishable food items are always welcomed.

GROCERIES are given free weekly 10:00 every Monday morning to anyone in need.   

KID'S MINISTRY meets on Sundays and Wednesdays for a time of fun, crafts, and Bible stories for children in kindergarten to fifth grade.

FEED THE HOMELESS every third Thursday at Wingfield Park basket ball courts.  Call Jeff 354-3781.

MEN'S MONTHLY BREAKFAST builds friendships among brothers through fellowship over homemade breakfast at church accompanied with Bible devotions, prayer, and sharing.

NEW LIFE RECOVERY aids those who are struggling with addictions, habits, and vices from the past.  This support group offers encouragement, friendship, and spiritual guidance using both the Bible and Christian recovery curriculum.  Call Bob or Kathi 787-6290.

NEW MEMBER'S CLASS is a one month crash course to Christianity and introduces believers to our church's purpose, beliefs, and practices.  This class encourages involvement and growth in the Christian way of life.

SINGLES meet monthly 6:30 every second Friday night at church for a free potluck dinner and game mixer to meet Christian single adults.  Bring your favorite dish to share. 

SONRISE THRIFT STORE is located at 822 S. Virginia St. just south of downtown Reno.  We sell used clothing, furniture, books, and household items all in good condition at reduced prices.  We need donations, volunteers, and shoppers.  www.sonrise.yolasite.com  333-6699.

WOMEN'S MONTHLY BRUNCH encourages Christian sisters to grow together in unity as they share brunch at a local restaurant with devotions and personal testimonies.  Call Kendra 530-0208.
